Return Period
You have 14 days after delivery to return your order.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Products must be unused
- Products must be unwashed
- No perfume, smoke or damage
- All labels must be attached
- Items must be in their original condition
Refund Process
To request a return, please contact us at info@hijabaya.nl within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return instructions and the return address will be provided by email after your request has been approved.
Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 working days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Rejected Returns
Items that are returned in used, washed, damaged condition or without original labels are not eligible for a refund.
